Corona virus से बचने के 5 तरीके!

 




1) Wear a mask to prevent illness

Always wear a mask before leaving the house. And maintain six feet between you and other people, per Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommendation; it's been shown that face coverings can help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Avoid public places and gatherings to protect yourself, and stay home as much as possible.


2) Wash your hands often

Wash your hand with soap and water for at least 15-20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing.

Important to wash hands :

    • Before touching your face

    • Before eating or preparing food

    • After leaving a public place

    • After handling your mask

    • After changing a diaper

    • After caring for someone sick

    • After touching animals or pets

  • Use a sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.


 

3) Avoid public place

Avoid going to public until everything goes normal, avoid close contact with people. Maintain distance between the person who is sick and other household members.



4) Monitor Your Health Daily 

Be alert if  you have any of these symptoms eg- fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19. If you have any of these symptoms take each precaution and also be concerned with your doctor.

5) Use sanitizer

When you are in a public place, always use a sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol. Hand sanitizer kills germs as completely as washing your hands with soap and water.
