Half a grapefruit.


Lunch:

 A slice of toast. 

Half a cup of tuna.

A cup of coffee or tea (optional). 


Dinner:

85 grams serving of meat with a cup of green beans. 

One small apple. 

Half a banana. 

One cup vanilla ice cream.


Day 2

Day 2 meal plan includes amounting to around 1,200 calories.


Breakfast:

A slice of toast.

One boiled egg.

Half a banana.


Lunch:

One boiled egg.

A cup of cottage cheese.

5 saltine crackers.


Dinner:

Two hot dogs, with no bun.

½ cup of carrots and half a cup of broccoli.

Half a banana.

½   cup of vanilla ice cream.


Day 3

Day 3 meal plan includes amounting to around 1,100 calories.


Breakfast:

A 1-ounce slice of cheddar cheese.

5 saltine crackers.

A small apple.


Lunch:

A slice of toast.

One egg, cooked however you like.


Dinner:

A cup of tuna.

Half a banana.

1 cup of vanilla ice cream.


Feel free to add much coffee or tea in your diet plan, as long as you don’t add sugar or cream in it. Also drink plenty of water too.


The 4 Day Of Diet

On the 4 day you are permitted to eat snacks and there are no food group restrictions. However, you have to limit the portion sizes to keep total calorie intake under 1,500 per day.

The military diet is totally safe, but if you were to follow this military diet for months at a time, the strict limit on calories could put you at risk of nutrient deficiencies.
